1️. Purpose of the Return Policy
This policy governs the terms and conditions for the return of products purchased through www.instabord.it. Italiana Bordi S.p.A. is committed to ensuring maximum transparency and satisfaction for its customers. This policy is applicable to both consumers and companies and follows the regulations provided by the Consumer Code and Italian and European laws.
2. Conditions of Return
The return of products is only accepted if the following conditions are met:
- Manufacturing Defects: The product has manufacturing defects or does not correspond to the characteristics indicated at the time of purchase.
- Supply Errors: The products delivered do not correspond to those ordered (wrong model, colour, size or quantity).
- Return Policy: Returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Product Integrity: Products must be returned undamaged , unused and in theiroriginal packaging.
3. Production Tolerance
Customers are informed that, in accordance with industry standards, there is a 5% tolerance on dimensions, quantities, colour shades and other technical characteristics of the delivered products. This tolerance is considered acceptable and is not a valid reason for a return request.
4. Return procedure
To initiate the return procedure, the customer must follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Send a return request to the e-mail address info@italianabordi.it.
- Confirmation of Return: Our Customer Service will reply within 5 working days confirming the return authorisation and providing instructions for returning the product.
- Return of Goods: Once the return has been authorised, the customer must return the products to the address provided by Italiana Bordi S.p.A.. Shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of supply error or manufacturing defects.

The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer, except in case of errors or defects recognised by Italiana Bordi S.p.A. We recommend to use a traceable shipping method to guarantee the security of the return.
6. Refund and Replacement
Refund or replacement will be made according to the following modalities:
- Refund: The refund will be made via the same method of payment used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
- Replacement: If the customer prefers to receive a replacement product, this will be arranged directly with Customer Service.
- Purchase voucher: For B2B customers, the refund may be issued in the form of a purchase voucher to be used on www.instabord.it.
7. Exclusions of the Right of Return
Returns are not accepted in the following cases
- Customised or made-to-measureproducts, according to customer specifications.
- Products on promotion, except in the case of defects or delivery errors.
- Products damaged due to improper use or inadequate packaging during return.
- Products returned after the return period (14 days from receipt of goods).
8. Prices and VAT
The prices shown on www.instabord.it are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the time of payment, according to the applicable tax legislation.
